Elite Moving Services did an awesome job with our recent move. Scheduling online was easy. Their pricing was simple and competitive. They showed up right on time with a great truck and all the supplies. Alfredo and Xavier were very personable, knowledgable, hard-working and efficient. They had all of our 2 BR Apartment furniture and garage loaded up in 2 hours and unloaded in 1 hour. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again ourselves! Moving can be very stressful, but Elite Moving made everything go smoothly!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Elite Relocation. There were 6 stops for our move - from our home, to our storage unit, to my in-laws', to my sister's to my mom's, and then back again! They exceeded my expectations. Not only did they move furniture and a large freezer, Joe re-arranged our storage unit, and they took junk and donations. They were especially kind to my in-laws who are both struggling with health issues. They were patient and professional. I absolutely recommend Elite Relocation and will use them again should the need arise. I have already referred them to other friends and family!

Elite Relocation is by far the best moving company I have worked with and that is saying something, as I/we have had experience with many of them (at least 20) in and around Austin. Joe, Kayleigh and their team are always friendly, dependable and hard-working to ensure a great experience where the customer's satisfaction is the #1 priority. I've been involved with dozens of their moves and have always had nothing but 5-star feedback from those being moved. Having worked with all of their team on many different occasions, I'd have a hard time believing anyone that says anything negative about them. Awesome Service!!!! Happen to call at spur of the moment Joe was responsive and able to pickup my 75inch TV from Walmart Curbside and deliver it to my home and setup the next day. Will call next week to have it mounted. Didn't even take a hour to do so. Guys are very courteous, friendly with great attitude. Definitely will be doing business again from now on.

Hiring any other moving company would be — and I cannot stress this enough — a colossal waste of your time and money (as it was mine). The entire ER team puts genuine care and thought into what they do — from visual quotes to the actual moving of your belongings. If we ever move again (please God no), we won’t hesitate to call them up again. Editing to counter a cranky reviewer and put future clients’ minds at ease — I’ve used Elite twice now and both times the OWNER comes to attest to the quality of the job. Everyone is beyond professional and friendly, and their desire for transparency is unmatched. They wouldn’t move their truck into my driveway because they knew it could crack the slab and didn’t want to cause damage to my home. They helped me blow out my garage and cleaned up my storage unit so I wouldn’t get charged at closing. You don’t get that kind of help and attention from most friends, let alone moving companies. 5 stars well earned.

Joe and Daniel were absolutely a Godsend to my wife and I. Our apartment in our independent living building flooded & they came in and expertly packed us up and moved us to a new apartment. It was remarkable to watch their process to ensure the new apartment was set up exactly the same. Within 8hrs we were comfortably relaxing in our new apartment with every drawer & every cabinet exactly as the former apartment. Wow- this is the most impressive moving company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We used them for a full service move--both packing, moving and unpacking all items in our home. They treated each item as if it were their own--from furniture to small delicate decor pieces, they took extreme care with both packing, unpacking and placing the item where it should go. The two guys did a great Job moving me from Leander to Liberty Hill from a 3bd Apartment to a our new house.They were basically done in 5 hours which our house a 2 story house with all the bedrooms up stairs. Thank you Elite Relocation.

First time using their service, I am impressed! They do really care about your items, treat them cautiously. They store them in their truck with thick cover, they put carpets all over for your floor to not get damaged as well as your doors. Joe is very skillful, I never seen a guy can un assembling & assembling furnitures/doors as fast as he does. We had a total of 3 guys including Joe himself (he also is an estimator), they were all friendly, professional, kind, and fast. We had very heavy items, they moved them without any obstacles (Joe’s problem solving speed is incredible, he could find a solution within seconds once other workers get stuck). The pricing is one of their advantages as well. Most of the companies, their charging system is by hours, despite the labor fees are separate; however, Elite Relocation LLC is charged by the item listings. Joe would provide you either virtual, or in person free estimation, you can walk through with him to show what items would be moving. By measurements, he gives you very honest pricing rates. It was the best deal out of 11 companies we’ve all contacted. I would definitely recommend this company to my coworkers, families and friends whom planning for moving. I have a great experience with Joe and his team! I moved out of town so Joe managed my move the entire way. The team was communicative during the entire process, very kind and professional, and accommodating to changes that I would make. They arrived on time for both pick-up and drop-off and were very professional. They protected everything including the building and doors they were passing the furniture through. Everything arrived safely and the team worked hard in the TX summer heat. I found the prices competitive and they didn't charge me extra for living in a third-floor apartment. I highly recommend Joe and his team!!

We had a very good experience. We have lived in our home for over 40 years and had never used a moving service before. Joe and Elite Relocation did a thorough evaluation before giving us a bid and their bid was in line with others we received. Communication was clear and timely. They showed up at the agreed time and did a careful job of packing with an experienced crew. They had to transport our goods about 150 miles and delivered them the next morning at the appointed move in time. They were thorough in placing items where we wanted them including getting and placing a rug before bringing furniture that sat on top of it. We had several family heirloom pieces of furniture that arrived with no damage. We are in our mid 70s and the idea of moving was daunting. Joe and Elite Relocation made it a positive experience.

I needed to move and needed someone that was reliable and professional . Elite was very responsive and remained responsive thoughout the move. They went above and beyond to ensure my possessions were carefully packed and cared for from pick up to drop off. I really appreciated their care and consideration. I did most of my packing and they would let me know certain items were not packed carefully and offered alternative suggestions that ensured a safe delivery. All my possessions were delivered intact and without incident in a timely manner . More than that, the movers offered to assist to place items where I would want them ..especially bigger and heavier items. Moving is so stressful and so its so comforting to have movers that are in your corner making it as seamless as possible! Highly recommended!
